We are an independent physical therapist-owned company. We provide physical therapy (PT) services primarily to patients/clients residing in Jersey City, Bayonne and neighboring communities.

Life in Motion PT is a 2500 square feet outpatient clinic, conveniently located at the corner of West Side and Danforth Ave. Our patients appreciate our bright, clean, relaxing environment. Being next to Jollibee, PNC Bank, and other retail shops, we’ve ample free parking for those driving in, and plenty of public transportation options.

Health issues are already complex, and health insurance plans and coverage benefits more so, that is why we encourage potential patients to call us at 201 360 0871 to verify if our PT services are what you need, and how you can best use your health care dollar.
Life in Motion After Service
The end of the Physical Therapy plan of care need not be the end of our service to you. We also offer maintenance, fitness, and wellness consultations to help you achieve healthier lives at home, at work and at play.
Ben Aguila, PT, DPT
Practice Owner - Physical Therapist
Ben holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from FEU-NRMF School of PT from the Philippines. He is a licensed Physical Therapist in the great state of New Jersey. He has worked in various outpatient practices in Northern NJ. He was an Adjunct Instructor for the UMDNJ-SHRP Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. He "accidentally" ran a half-marathon in 2006, and intentionally ran another half-marathon in 2007. He ran and completed the 2010 NYC Marathon and actually enjoyed it enough to keep running today.

Maria Aguila, PT, DPT
Practice Owner - Physical Therapist
Maria holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey). She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from FEU-NRMF School of PT from the Philippines, where she served as the student body president. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey. Prior to PT, she worked for GlaxoSmithKline Philippines in Sales and Marketing. She is a proud mom to two kids. She somehow found the time to train for and complete the 2011 NYC Marathon. Together with Ben she is happy to raise a family and to serve Jersey City and the local area.
